A BIG congratulations to the iFoundries team who produced The Manhattan FISH MARKET's new responsive website, which has won an Outstanding Website award in The Internet Advertising Competition 2014.

We have gotten great international exposure and the interest of a few major organizations for our iMailCampaign Email Marketing Software from the 2 days exhibiting at the Internet Show Asia 2014 at Suntec City Convention Hall. We would like to thank both the team at the booth, and also the team in office who kept our operations running while we're away!

We are happy to have recently launch the new website for VIVA Foundation for children with cancer, one of the charity organizations that iFoundries has been supporting since its inception. As part of our company's CSR, we have fully sponsored the cost of developing this mobile responsive website this year, with better Call-To-Action elements and a updated backend for management of website content.

In the article on Today newspaper titled "The challenge and promise of mobile", the author Loren Shuster who is also director of Singapore and Emerging Markets at Google, gave his insights on why businesses in Singapore needs to start optimizing their websites to be accessible on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.

In a recent study with IPSOS, Google found that Singapore has the highest smartphone penetration in the world at 62 per cent - ahead of the United States, United Kingdom and Japan. And the pace of change is revolutionary. The majority of smartphone owners surveyed had bought their device in the preceding 12 months; and three in five bought it in the last six months. This amounts to a dizzying pace of growth: Already more than 74 per cent of Singapore searches are from mobile devices.
